Once the insights are extracted from the data analysis, they will be presented in the form of a user persona, to define the motivations behind the primary target use, as well as a user journey map which will be used to showcase the persona in a particular scenario. These will be used as analysis tools for determining the requirements for the task prototype.
<aside> 💡 As described by usability.gov (n.d.), personas are a realistic representation of a key audience segment for a product or service. These representations are a way of outputting findings based on user research and analytical data. Personas are as only as useful as the research they represent, and thus are most effective with a mixed method of blending qualitative contextual insights and quantitative data. Personas help inform teams throughout an organization empathise and understand their customers, and are helpful for designers to keep user requirements in mind to avoid personal bias or assumptions (Personas, 2013)
